# Connect Procore to Import RFIs into RFI Manager

> Link your Procore account to import RFIs from Procore projects into RFI Manager. Choose which companies and projects to sync from the Integrations settings tab.

The Procore integration lets you pull RFIs from your Procore projects into RFI Manager automatically. Once you connect your Procore account and map one or more projects, RFI Manager imports RFI data from Procore and adds it to your workspace alongside RFIs from other sources. You only need to authorize Procore once — after that, the connection persists across sessions.

## How to connect your Procore account

    In the left sidebar, click **Settings**, then select the **Integrations** tab.

  <Step title="Start the connection">
    Locate the **Procore** card and click **Connect**. A setup instructions dialog opens. Review the instructions, then click **Continue** to start the authorization flow.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize in Procore">
    A browser popup opens and takes you to the Procore login page. Sign in with your Procore credentials and grant the requested permissions. The popup closes automatically after a successful authorization.

  <Step title="Confirm the connection">
    Return to the **Integrations** tab. The Procore card now shows a **Connected** badge.

<Note>
  The Procore connection is per-workspace. Once connected, all members of your workspace can benefit from the integration without additional setup.

## Map a Procore project

After connecting your account, you choose which Procore projects to sync with RFI Manager.

  <Step title="Open the project mapper">
    From your project's RFI list, click **Map Procore Project**, or go to the synced projects section under the Procore card in **Settings → Integrations** and click **Add project**.

  <Step title="Select a company">
    RFI Manager loads the companies in your Procore account. Click the company that contains the project you want to import.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select one or more projects">
    After choosing a company, its projects appear below. Click each project you want to link. Projects already added to this workspace are shown with an **Added** badge and cannot be selected again.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the mapping">
    Click **Add** (or **Add N projects** if you selected multiple). RFI Manager saves the configuration and RFI data from the selected Procore projects becomes available in your workspace.

<Tip>
  You can add projects from multiple Procore companies. Repeat the steps above for each company you need to access.

## What data flows between Procore and RFI Manager

When a Procore project is mapped, RFI Manager imports:

* RFIs from the connected Procore project
* Project and company metadata

<Note>
  The data available depends on the permissions your Procore account holds. If a company or project does not appear in the list, confirm that your Procore account has at least read access to it.

## Disconnect Procore

    In the left sidebar, click **Settings**, then select the **Integrations** tab.

  <Step title="Disconnect the account">
    On the Procore card, click **Disconnect**. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting removes the Procore connection for your entire workspace. RFIs already imported into RFI Manager are not deleted, but no new data will sync until you reconnect. Your project mappings are preserved so you can reconnect without reconfiguring them.
