What you can do with Tuuli

Tuuli brings together the key workflows AEC teams need to reduce RFIs and improve design quality:
  • Automated design review — Upload drawings and get AI-powered findings on tag consistency, callout cross-references, and sheet-level issues — before they become RFIs.
  • RFI tracking — Create, assign, and track RFIs. Sync directly from Gmail to capture email-based RFIs automatically.
  • Knowledge vault — Upload past project documents and query them using semantic search to surface relevant precedents and avoid repeat mistakes.
  • Material cost matching — Export a schedule from Revit or your BIM tool, upload it as a CSV, and get market cost estimates for every line item.
  • Embodied carbon — Match materials to EPD data and calculate total embodied carbon for your project.
  • Specification drafting — Select CSI divisions and generate draft specification sections using AI.
