The Autodesk Construction Cloud integration lets you bring your ACC projects — and the RFIs inside them — directly into RFI Manager. Once you connect your account, you select which ACC hubs and projects to link, and RFI Manager can pull data from those projects without requiring you to re-authenticate each time. The connection is per-workspace, so everyone on your team benefits after a single setup.Documentation Index

How to connect your Autodesk account
Start the connection
Locate the Autodesk Construction Cloud card and click Connect. A setup instructions dialog opens. Read through the steps, then click Continue to begin the OAuth flow.
Authorize in Autodesk
A browser popup opens and takes you to the Autodesk login page. Sign in with your Autodesk account and grant the requested permissions. The popup closes automatically when authorization succeeds.
You only need to connect once per workspace. After the initial authorization, your connection is maintained automatically — you do not need to sign in to Autodesk again unless you explicitly disconnect.
Map an Autodesk project
After connecting your account, you select which Autodesk projects to sync with RFI Manager.Open the project mapper
From your project’s RFI list, click Connect Autodesk Project, or go to the synced projects section under the Autodesk card in Settings → Integrations and click Add project.
Choose an account (hub)
RFI Manager lists the Autodesk hubs your account has access to. Click the hub that contains the project you want to import.
Select one or more projects
After selecting a hub, the projects inside it load automatically. Click each project you want to link. Projects already added to this workspace are shown with an Added badge and cannot be selected again.
What data is available after connecting
Once an Autodesk project is mapped, RFI Manager can access:- RFIs from the connected ACC project
- Project metadata (name, hub association)
Data access depends on the permissions your Autodesk account holds for each project. If a project does not appear in the list, verify that your Autodesk account has at least read access to it.
